She is a Masters Level Counsellor with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, and has over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families.
Her studies include, Child Psychology, Family Systems, Transpersonal Psychology, Systemic Constellation and Trauma work (Informed). For her Master’s Thesis Lisa created an eight-week therapeutic workshop for couples.
Lisa has a passion for helping people to challenge their own limiting beliefs, explore patterns and begin to expand their lives, deepening their relationships and live with more joy.

Faynixe’s journey of self-development began in her teenage years and led her to
become a professional counsellor. An active member of the ACCT (Association of
Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada) and a recent graduate, she values the profound importance of relationships, recognizing the joy and trials they bring. Having experienced significant losses herself, Faynixe has cultivated tools to navigate grief and challenges, which she now shares with her clients.
Known for her grounding and non-judgmental presence, Faynixe takes a person-centered, strength-based approach, tailoring her support to each client’s unique needs.She believes that sharing experiences, memories, and emotions promotes personal growth and sees relationships as a cornerstone of resilience and development.
